Characteristics : A blending of 4 local grape varieties 40% Braucol, 30% Syrah, conferring body and notes of ruby fruits, 10% Duras adding finesse and aroma and rounded off by 20% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Wine making process : Stripping, pressing, fermentation at 24° and two weeks' maceration at 30°. 12 months in casks.
To be enjoyed at between 14 and 16° as a complement to meat, grilled poultry and cassoulet n° 18  |
