Characteristics : fruity and dry.

Vines : 40% Len de l’El, 20% Sauvignon, 40% Mauzac

Wine making process : pressing, deburding, fermentation in 400l cask, preserving

8 to 9 months, breeding with less.

Drink between 8 and 10 degrees celcius, Perfect for fish, sea food and Foie Gras.
