Ludovic DZIEWULSKI,
Château de Salettes Restaurant’s head Chef.

Ludovic Dziewulski is a talented 44 years-old Chef who has worked in very different and famous places in France.

He was born in 1971 in Gray (Haute-Saône).

He starts cuisine in 1987 with a vocational qualification diploma in Charleville-Mézières at “Le Mont Olympe” (starred restaurant), then he has worked in very well-know restaurants in Paris such as “Lucas Carton” with Alain Sanderens and “Au Trou Gascon” with Alain Dutournier.

Besides he has collaborated with Michel Montignac to make “nutritional cuisine”.

Then he has worked in a Franco-Japanese restaurant in Paris, “Shozan” (2 Michelin Stars) and also worked with Reine Sammut at “La Fenière” in Lourmarin.

In 2000 he was a semi-finalist for the contest “Un des Meilleurs Ouvriers de France” (Craftsmen Contest).

He finally opens his own restaurant “Le Lennys” in Saint-Mathieu-de-Tréviers, close to Montpellier, in which he would have worked 7 years.

Starting from 2011 he manages the team of “Le Vivier” in L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue (1 Michelin Star obtained 8 years ago).

Now Le Château de Salettes is really pleased to welcome him and to entrust the kitchen work to him!
